  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience at the PUMA Flagship Store on Bond Street. I bought a pair of shoes from this store on Monday. I normally wear a UK 4.5, so I already sized up to a UK 5 thinking that would be more than enough. Like most customers, when buying a new pair of shoes, you naturally choose a size close to what you normally wear. I had no idea this model runs this small. I did try them on in store and they seemed okay at first, but after properly wearing them once, I realised they were painfully tight and hurt my feet badly. If this model is known to run significantly small, staff should absolutely be informing customers during the sale and advising them to size up properly. Instead, I was left to deal with the problem myself afterwards, which honestly feels like poor staff guidance. Earlier this afternoon, I even called the store before travelling there to explain the situation. I said I had only worn the shoes once and simply wanted to exchange them for a UK 5.5. Nobody on the phone clearly told me not to come or said an exchange would be impossible. So I spent nearly an hour on the Tube travelling to the store, only to be met by an incredibly rude and dismissive staff member at the front desk. The attitude was cold, impatient, and completely unhelpful. I understand stores have policies, but there was absolutely no empathy or willingness to help. Very poor customer service from a flagship store. I won’t be returning.

  Impeccable customer service by Cadi! She was super kind and helpful making the whole shopping experience so much fun for our daughter. Adidas flagship store on Oxford street could learn a thing or two from the amazing customer service at Puma.

  Lovely store ,nice and bright. Great staff. Lots sports weat to choose from. Has lift alsonto other floors. I went there for event they hosted what a great way to advertise. Loved every second. They were great woth the busy crowd and very organised. Thank you for the meet and great with Usain Bolt and DJ AG also fantastic day 🥰🥰
